Bug? Strange Buzz on all Plexi amp blocks

Good Morning

Building a plexi preset this morning and notice a strange buzz when moving my hands off the strings. This occurred on all plexi amp blocks. Switching to any other type amp and it disappeared. At first, I thought it may be a type of 60 Cycle hum but ruled that out. It occurred even when I muted then tapped each string.

Anyone else?

Sounds like pickup interference noise caused by lights, EMI, computers, etc. When you touch the strings, you become the ground and the buzz subsides. To deal with it you'd need to shield the pickup and wiring cavities in your guitar.

You say you hear it on Plexis only, did you try a high gain amp cranked?
 
It;s Interesting in that it does not occur on any FACTORY presets in which the amps reside. It only occurs when building a preset from scratch. and no, it does not occur with any other high gain amp block. Baffled???
 
Post a preset where you are hearing the noise, and if you can, post a recording of the noise. That's the easiest way to troubleshoot noise issues.
