Has anyone try and port this (Stevie Ray Vaughan Guitar Tone Tutorial | SRV Fractal Axe-Fx 2 from Youtube) invaluable work to the AX8, albeit its limitations compared to the FX-2?

Here's my SRV patch.
Scene1 = Cleaner , Scene2 = Dirtier.

This works great (for me) when using my strats neck pickup.

SRV? Go to Axe-Change and download my "Steel String Sings" -- that's his super clean and super loud Dumble sound, fantastic with Strats.

There is a version fo Ax8, XL/XL+, and Mark II there. Older firmware though 8.02/9.02. Make sure amp block's SPKR COMP is OFF/zero.
