Wow those cost like 5 times more than what I paid for my current pedal which is also high end gear. :? Thanks but I'm good.

I don't undestand these prices when: http://www.thomann.de/fi/voodoo_lab_ground_control.htm is half the price and still high quality.

The Ground Control is not high end gear, high end is Axess, Skrydstrup etc. I own a FX1 and it cost me well over a 1000 euros, and that was still cheap!

I wish i bought one... i had chance to get it for 800 euros or close...;/

Luckily I got Axess. ;)

Where did you get the 1000 bucks number?

FAs order page.

Rubbish. Its $749 on their order page:

http://store.fractalaudio.com/mfmifoco.html

Ties in with what Suzzi said about EU prices. Normally the same in Euro as in $ - though may be 800 due to current Euro/$ exchange.

Is that how you talk to all people? Talk about an attitude. The price was $999 on the webpage when I wrote that, they've changed it.

I made the web-page and the price has not been changed.

Why the hell do you want another midiboard then? You have the best there is! IMHO of course.

To the other guy, the FX1 is easy to program, I've never had any issues or problems.

Mfc 101 Serial # 00001

Actually there is no serial number on this one....

I will give updates on its performance shortly.
Do you have instant random access to banks (on the MFC) or are you stepping up/down through banks?

I can't seem to get anyone to answer this so I thought I'd ask you.

Trying this question yet again. Instant random access is very handy.

Dtune has tuned out!

The only person who has posted about having the MFC, and he's not talking.

He can't be the only one. Somebody else must have one by now.

So, who else has one, and what do you think?

I thought exactly the same and came to the conclusion, that this poor guy has to do the beta-testing all alone ...

Maybe Dtune wasnt really 'supposed' to blurt anything out on the forum. Maybe the 'select group' of first MFC users were asked to keep hush until they've all tested and given the green light. Maybe there's problems or serious firmware bugs? Gawd I hope not.

Then again, maybe he just hasn't got around to it yet :?

Yeah, the suspense is killing me over here...
