Some presets are all fizzy and trebly and some have no sound

Is there a way to fix that?
Global setting or should I edit each preset I download? Which setting if so?
Some also have no sound at all

- How do you organize preset you download here and save to the axe? You overwrite random presets?
- It seems that if I change a presets name, it gets the original name when transferres to the axe??
One preset Electric Gypsy changes name when I upload to the axe editor. What causes this?

Break down your gear, your output settings, your cables, etc..

Do you have the cab sims on? How do you have the output settings configured?

Make sure you press return/enter on your keyboard when you change the name in ax-edit or it won't save the change.

Some presets on Axe-Change or floating around the forum are using Global Amps, which are only going to work if your global amps are exactly the same. Or if you write down the settings, copy them into a new non-global amp block.

Some presets have a modifier or a pedal programmed to control a level or gain knob somewhere. If you don't have that one covered you will get no sound. bypass each block in succession until you get sound, if none do check the global and layout/mix pages.
