I love my AXE FX III but the interal tuners make me crazy. Since 30 years I'm using a simple Arion HU-8500 Stage Tuner and I never had an issue to tune all of my more than 10 different guitars easy, quick and perfect. Since half a year I tried to use the AXE FX tuners but they every time I hit the string, there are different results with all 10 guitars. I'm sure it is why it is a chromatic tuner which is 100% correct but that is not useful if you just want to play and tune quickly. Modern tuners are too much perfect but can't decide when the result is good enough. They jump around like disco lights.
Please integrate a non chromatic tuner mode with the measured led light limits of the Arion HU-8500 Stage Tuner and I'm sure, all guitarist will be happy.
P.S. There is a reason why so many famous guitarist used it.
