Is it possible to have the volume output in a Preset scene lower in volume
than other scenes in the same Preset ?

Yes, the Main level of the output mixer is stored per scene

Yes, Axe Edit. Output Block. Scenes window. You can set the Output Volume by Scene.

It's not a block you place on the grid. It's the right-most rectangle that says OUTPUT
