Relay question

How many functions can one relay do? Meaning if I got a custom trs quarter inch cable to 7 DIN made would this switch up to three channels? Or just two channels and a third would be switched via relay two?

I am using a Blackstar HT60 that I believe uses a 9 pin propriety connector so I am also interested in this approach.

Anyone know this answer? Bestronics is making me a 7pin DIN to Y split TRS. They say I need a Y split to relay all three channels. Is this correct? Or would a 7 pin DIN to 1 TRS work?

I would trust Bestronics. From the almighty Google regarding the 5150 III:

"Connector is a 7-pin male circular DIN
Pins:
1: Channel 1
2: Channel 2
3: Channel 3
6: Common
The switcher needs to short the selected channel to the common pin."

So yes, you need to use both relay outs (each relay can send up to 2 signals, and the EVH needs a separate signal for each channel switch).
