recording interface

Does anyone have any suggestions on a low cost usb recording interface?? preferably packaged with pro tools and digital i/o for my Ultra. I'm hoping to record a few demos with quality sound.. Thanks in advance , Donnie

I use a Tascam US-144 MKII and it works great. It's 24/96 and has digital I/O as well as two XLR and two 1/4' inputs and phantom power if you need it. I got mine as a return in new condition from Musician's Friend for $113, but you can get them new for $129. Doesn't come with pro tools, but it comes with Cubase if I remember correctly. I use Cakewalk Sonar Producer anyway so it didn't matter for me. The unit itself has great pre's and is nice and quiet though.
