Recommended SPDIF to optical converter to connect AxeFx III to Apollo?

Hi all. I know a lot of you use Apollo interfaces. Do you have a recommended SPDIF to optical converter that you use? Do you notice any lag that is introduced by the converter? Thanks so much!

I got something like this from Amazon. Works a treat, no extra lag.

What Leon suggested , I also have the exact one in the link - it works just fine and it's inexpensive.

Thanks guys. Some of the reviews on Amazon for some of these devices mention latency, which I imagine depends on what you’re using with the device. Glad to know they play well with the Apollo. I’m thinking about ordering an Apollo Twin Duo X and I wanted to make sure all will work well the the AxeFx III.
