Axe Edit won't let me change amps now within a preset, Effect Value is blank. Can only change amps directly on the Axe itself??? Help!!

thanks again for the best service and tool in guitarworld.

When clicking the firmware 3.01download for axe-fx mark II the download doesn't start but the window jumps to the homepage instead. Download for new axe-edit works fine.
