Problem with putting blocks in a new presets

When I created blocks from a preset off my Axe 2 I can create a preset on Ax8 with the amp and cab block but when I try to use the delay or reverb it gets all screwed up. Even when I take out those blocks it doesn't work right. The amp and cab does not have any volume.

Do you have a modifier on it? That's what happened to me. Once I removed the modifier it worked. I had external Ctrl 3 on input gain, and on Ax8 my external Ctrl 3 is set to my switch.

On the delay it was at 100% and it was mute in on the bypass so I put it to 50% and thru on the bypass now it works.
