Presets question

My presets are all on number higher and I cant go to number 0..For instance a preset that was saved at number 10 is now 11. On the axe edit the numbers are in the correct order just like I saved them but on the Axe every preset in one number higher :?
Any idea what the problem is ??

go to I/O > midi and scroll down to "display offset"

Follow the directions above. You can choose whether your presets start @ "000" or "001".
