Sorry late to this. Give us a shout at support@matrixamplification.com and I can run through some troubleshooting if you want. Basically, could be a noisy pot on that channel. Isolating if the crackle is indeed from the channel itself or the cable/speaker is the main thing. So swap out the cable and speaker that works (no noise) to the the suspect channel. If no noise then likely a cable issue. If noise then it narrows it down to that channel.
