Potential Bug - XL+ Importing Mk II presets

pauly

Fractal Fanatic
Firmware 19 B2 on both devices
Procedure
On AXE FX MK II
1 - Create a preset and include a TremPan block
2 - Create a couple of scenes (Not sure if this is relevant)
3 - Disable the TremPan Block (in all scenes) & Save the preset
4 - Export the Preset
On the AXE FX XL+
1 - Import the preset you saved in steps 1 to 4
RESULT
Preset imports successfully however the trempan block is enabled (rather than disabled as it should be)

Thanks
Pauly

Hmm... the same issue may exist with the comp block. I imported a bunch of presets from my Mk II and (for example) the 65 Bassguy preset has (in the XL) the comp block enabled after import.

Thanks as always

Any blocks that have X/Y on the XL but not on the Mark II will not import the bypass state as that is stored differently. You need to manually adjust the bypass state after import.
