Plexi amp on max - is this normal?

Hey lovely people.
I have a preset that uses the 50w Plexi amp model. In order to get a balanced preset level of decent volume I have to have the amp main volume on 10 and the db set to max of 20. (See picture). There is therefore no where to go upwards in terms of volume/headroom. Is this normal or am I missing something?

Looking at the meters it seems that the return block has a mono signal (only bottom bar moving). Same for the multi delay and rotary

Your OUT1 level is half-way up. Any reason not to have it maxed?
Are you using the same settings for other outputs?

As in the out 1 rotary dial? Yep - same for other presets.

Yes, why you do that? If you max those knobs, you will have much more output from the device.

It looks like you’re clipping on the output of the 6th block in the third row, and that’s clipping the input to the seventh block.
