[fixed] Plex Delay bug

insert any of the plex types with mix at zero and all other parameters at default and play a short staccato note or chord. you'll hear weird delays. shouldn't hear anything. with mix raised, this leads to clicks and pops. most obvious with the plex verb and it seems to be on the right channel only.

oddly, if i remove the second plex delay that's in the sidechain, the problem goes away, but comes back if i re-add it (see attached patch)

I reported an artifact bug yesterday with the Plex Delay block that happens when you change algorithms and it’s currently processing audio. Might be related?

Fixed for next release. For now lower the Delay Tempo so that the time is less than 1.5 seconds or so.
