Noise from amp and Cab blocks

I'm sure this is a user error, though I don't know why. I have a weird distortion, like ring modulation or squeal from two blocks - Amp and Cabs. I've tried other amps but for now I am using Jazz120. I attached a little MP3. I'm just strumming the open strings. You can hear a squeal before I hit the strings. All of the blocks are bypassed except the amp and cabs. Since there's not a video at first I strum with the jazz 120. Thern I bypass the amp, tyhen I hit bypass on the cab block. That's the most annoying one. I'll also post the preset.

Any ideas what this is? I updated to the latest beta including the updated dyna cabs, though I'm not using dynacabs in this preset. I've tried other amps, reset the firmware, gone tyo another amp and back again. No change so far.

OK. Thank you. I'm wondering because I don't have time to test right now and I have a big rehearsal tomorrow, if I go back to 24.04 - which I did, will I have to also downgrade the dyna cabs? And how exactly do I do that?
 
Disable the noise gate in the Input block, and any other gate that might be in your preset. What does it sound like now?
 
Yeah, there's something going on with the Jazz 120 model. I can recreate the issue in a new blank preset too. The grid meters page shows output from the amp block even when there's no IN block connected to it. Switching to a different model makes it go away.
