'no tweak' patches

I'm astonished again and again how great the Axe sounds even without touching the controls at all.

here's my no tweak 'discovery' of today:

Instant Cream
Face Fuzz -> Brit JM45 -> 4x12 30W add 57 Dyn

share yours.

I'm into it, haven't had chance yet to try your suggestion or share any of mine. But yeah I like to go simple too a lot of the time. Did you crank the master vol on the JM45?

with all the controls in the default position, it already sounds fine.
I later turned up bass, mid treble to 7.5 (looks cooler) and master also, pres 1, I think, all very minor, quick changes.

Nice idea :) And the Cream sound is pretty good! I only have this one to add.

Instant AC/DC (Hells Bells/Highway to Hell)
Plexi 1 -> 4x12 30W add 57 Dyn
Turn up the treb a bit in the amp and the level down to avoid clipping.

sweet, thanks.

Don,

Enjoy your posts in general. Curious about amp/cab or FRFR system that you are playing through. Guitar?

p.s. - for me, I just can't get enough of Poltergeist Pig!

hey.

thanks :)
I play through active studio monitor exclusively.
At the end of next month I have a small atmospheric/textural gig here:

so I'll have to figure something out, but I guess I'll just use the active monitor equipment they have.
