No sound on some amp models

Some of my amp models have little or no sound

Which one? "Some" is a little bit unspecific

Each amp model has its individual volume control. Have you tried adjusting it?

No sound? If you bypass all other blocks and reset the amp, do you still have no sound at these particular amp models? That would be strange

Im playing through a matrix power amp and two traditional guitar cabs, While making a preset im listening to different amp models some have volume but others do not ,when i turn up the volume it gets a little louder and sounds really thin,I do have ths cab models turned off. I didnt try resetting anything yet

Still, not a lot of information to solve the issue. Are you using stock presets? Since you are using trad cabs, have you removed the cab block?

Yes, maybe a reset of all parameters and a reload of the AX8 banks might help.

Yes I removed the cab block, and using factory presets .I will try resetting thanks for the help
