Only occurs with some patches, I Think... . My tap led stop randonly and not work in time. Anyone how why?

your processing maybe getting high enough to the point where the tap light info isn't always updated. You'll probably notice the user interface is sluggish as well. If it isn't effecting the sound, I wouldn't worry about it. If it is, then you will need to reduce the processing. If you go much higher on the processing the sound will start glitching as well.
