Mute Output 1/2 while listening to headphones?

Something I couldn't get out of the 2XL+, I'd like to mute the output to the near fields (without having to power them off...) to record acoustic guitar. Naturally I'd like to listen to the playback through headphones. Is this routing option available in the III?

Would the USB audio output coming from your DAW (stereo out) play through output 2?
