Mixing IR from various vendors in Cab-Lab : potential phase issues ?

Hi there !

Question that raised after I played with CabLab3 yesterday.
I've been mixing some various IRs from various vendors to achieve what feels like good tones to me. OK for that.
But when stacking double tracking in my DAW (panned 100%L and 100%R), I get some strange feelings, somehow close to phase issue.
I'm having the feeling it comes from each individual tone and the IR mix I did.
I mixed some CabPack 7 and OH stuffs, among others.

Do you think that the vendor can induce specific phase things and that lead to avoid mixing IR not from the same source ?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts !

Yes. But from CKs video it seems you have tools to address that. You can try to apply Minimum phase to all the ones you are trying to mix (so all of them are time aligned). Otherwise it looks like you can play with the delay knob until you get it to your liking.
