I just stuck it in the middle of my Furman, the X2 takes up the other slot, and then I have about 4 outlets free, 1 for the axe and another for my powered monitor. I am still dreaming of a Furman Conditioner that has a Voodoo labs style power brick thing built in so I can power a bunch of these 9v contraptions.... There is an alternative, but it's pricey and very specialist.

I think they were in the $800 range if I am right.... No wall warts and no buzz I really don't understand why furman doesn't just provide one with some 9v outlets.... I had a onespot that feed a bunch of boss / fulltone pedals etc. no problems, how hard would that be?
The other solution is to change the wall wart for something else like the OneSpot
I use a splitter like that and have the wall wart zip tied to a lacer bar in the back of the rack. The lacer bar also helps me manage the cables and cords.xrist04 said:Maybe you could make use of some wall-wart removers?

Not according to their website. You might try sending them an email and maybe they will be able to hook you up with something.oddb0d said:Do they make the same cable but in a smaller size (at least half that length!).
Another way I mount those dreaded wall warts is to use one of thesegroovenut said:Back to looking into how to mount the original I suppose....
Ok, here's a great company..... I think they might have the solutions for my cable needs... Including an Insert Cable.groovenut said:Here's where I got mine

I purchased it at the same time as the MIDI Mate and saved on the shipping
It's 30', but you never know when your controller will need to be 30' away from your rig
Whoops... Just noticed they don't list 7 PIN MIDI cables.... I'll give them a call and find out if they support it under their custom section.... bummer...oddb0d said:Ok, here's a great company.....
