I've contacted Bugera and still didn't get response from them, I've been patiently waiting but still nothing from them. You'd have to contact the amp manufacturer. If specific pins in the DIN plug are using the short-to-sleeve switching method, then you would be able to wire an adapter.
However, many amps with DIN footswitch jacks use control voltage to switch various functions, and you'd be able to tell by looking inside the original footswitch. If it has a PCB and complicated guts, it's probably not doing short-to-sleeve relay switching.
I'd caution against wiring or testing any adapter with the FX8 until you know exactly what each pin of the DIN jack is doing.
And there's nothing on the internet about how to rewire a mini din to a 5 pin midi or a stereo jack. Which is troubling me. So that's why im just trying.
The only thing i can get it work is from crunch channel to clean. That's it.
And I've read the manual like lots of time. And still I can't get it work.
All i know that the crunch channel need 1k ohms to power it up(changing the channel) and 3.3k ohms to lead channel.
I have an idea though which i will try it once i have a free time.
