Midi Block - option to send thru "Thru"

An odd corner case (potentially) where I am trying to control 2 devices (Axe III and a TC vocal processor) using a simple midi pedal board. I would love to use the midi block only but I also need to send some specific CC messages to the vocal processor using my foot controller. Those only go thru using the "Thru" and the Midi block only goes out on the "Out" port.

Hopefully this makes sense.

The Thru jack is a hardware through (like all other products), it is not software accessible.

Can a software thru to MIDI Out be done? Ultimately OP just wants MIDI controller and Axe-generated commands merged to one port somehow.
