Michael Jackson - Thriller (Cover) with Axe

Hey everyone,

Here's a funny thing I did with a friend, Nicolas, from Brainworksstudios (BrainWorks Studios). Axe FX standard with 11.0 involved of course.

We used Recto Red with V30 cab. However there is also some EQ'ing involved into the mixing process.
I must say we added a tiny bit of Guitar Rig to get some more bite. Whatever we did we could get enough bite out of the Axe FX...
Guitar involved: PRS CE24 in drop B tunning. Strings are D'addario XL 12.60.

Quite beefy. Even if not always apparent in the mix. Hope you'll like it. We had much fun doing it!:-P

Thx guitarzpt. :p Actually we thought about doing some more. But we don't know which song yet. Maybe you've got suggestion?!?!? But it has to be a bit challenging as well... ;)

Have you ever heard a band called Northern Kings?
Check out their Northern Kings - Rethroned [2008] CD
It is really funny the arrangements they've done to some songs.
The Kylie Minogue I should be so lucky sounds really really different LOL
