MFC No Longer Being Sold??

I'm in the same boat bought a fx2 xl for $2200 from fractal when I ordered it and read the marketing info there was no warnings about being obsolete...

It’s not obsolete. It still works just as well as it did years ago.


I get that you’re frustrated. But as @Admin M@ pointed out above, there’s not enough buyer demand to pay for a new production run. Fractal has a long history of excellent customer support. That doesn’t mean producing dozens of new units and having most of them sit on the shelf forever.


If you really feel that your Axe-Fx is an overpriced cheese grater that gets crapped on by other gear, do yourself a favor and sell it. You’ll be happier.

I've got my MFC Mk3 on reverb too. Good price and hardly used at all as I got the AX8 right afterward. It's like brand new. This is a plug.
