I've been politely emailing Fractal Audio for several months now and each time they tell me they will have some MFC-101s in a couple of weeks. Now they've stopped answering emails. Has anyone been able to buy one of these and is there some trick to getting on a short list or something? Or are they just not going to have them available?

A guess another question is "is it worth the wait"? Hopefully it is.

You're probably going to have to do what most of us that the MFC have done.
Go to the web store and see if they are available. If you can add one to your cart -- buy it!!

Beyond that, FAS is/was moving to larger facilities (Like Mission Eng. did).
That may be part of the issue here. They are not a large company.
