MFC 101 MkII with ULTRA

Hi,

I have had an ULTRA for some time and now am looking into buying the MFC 101. But I am skeptical about it.

whether the Mk II is compatible with ULTRA or do I have to look for an old used earlier one on ebay?

the Fractal Audio Systems Axe-Fx Standard, Ultra, or Axe-Fx II and/or any other MIDI devices such as modules,
amps, effects, synths, and more.

They are the same and exact unit except for the addition of an Ethercon connector on the Mk II.
