He's one of the most talented players I've ever heard, awesome he's using Fractal now! When you can play, you can play.he's never heard an amp that...
Josh was using an FM3 as well on that run
i think he uses both FM3 and QC , depends on the run and what's needed, the last Sungazer EU run was with the FM3 in any case, incredible guitarist in any caseDidn't know Joshua de la Victoria was using the FM3. Just "discovered" him from the new Sungazer stuff but his solo stuff under the name Victoria is great as well.

What about that drummer, holy shit!Had the great pleasure to see Matteo this evening (Feb 12, ‘26) and wow!! What a show and what an incredible player!! I had heard that he had switched over to the FM3 and heard him talk about it in some recent videos, but to my surprise he was using the Helix stuff for his show this evening. I had totally expected to see a Fractal at his feet.
I can say that he sounded great. His tone was on point and mixed well with the band. I think at this point, no matter if you choose Fractal, QC or even a Helix… They all sound great when in the hands of a great player like Matteo and nobody in the crowd is questioning your tone or can tell any difference.
Just revisiting this. I've started listening to more of his stuff and I would really love to get peak at whatever preset he is using. HIs tones are so usable sounding.Gift of Tone Matteo MancusoHe's one of the most talented players I've ever heard, awesome he's using Fractal now!
Fair point. It definitely seems obvious that a lot of his personal sound is in his fingers, but from live clips I've just thought it works well in the mix so I'm just curious about which models he is using, which IRs, and how much gain he has going. I am fully aware I will never sound anything like him.I'm undecided... Is fascinating or infuriating that he sounds the same and absolutely great no matter if he's playing into a Pod bean from the eighties?
