Matteo Mancuso’s FM3

I just saw this and almost posted here for the 3rd time. 🤣 🤣🤣

Great player, it's interesting that for some younger players their "heroes" like Mancuso, Plini, and Henson have never been known to use a traditional amp.
 
When I first heard him he was using an FX8, then he got an endorsement deal with Line 6 and now he's back. The Helix is good (I have one, my first real modeler) but can't compare to any of the Fractal products. I would put my Helix up for sale but I can't find a box big enough to ship it in. :tearsofjoy:
 
I actually work as a promoter in Luxembourg, I organised the show here back in March, phenomenal player and a killer band as well

I was also surprised to see the FM3 on that show (given the history with Line6/helix), but can totally understand why he'd go for the FM3 from a size and power perspective, we had Sungazer over later that month, Josh was using an FM3 as well on that run

i think he uses both FM3 and QC , depends on the run and what's needed, the last Sungazer EU run was with the FM3 in any case, incredible guitarist in any case
 
Even as an FM9 user, I still dig Helix stuff; the Stomp is so cool. But he's right about the channels thing. Having four different amp channels in one preset (along with the same ability with other blocks) is absolutely one of THE biggest things for me.
