Matrix XT vs CArvin Dcml 200

Hi
I am using the very lightweight 200L.I am looking for something with more head room.
What can I expect ( besides volume ) in a switch to the XT.
The 200L has no fan, so dead quiet. How is the XT for Beadroom playing ? My Axe Fan is not audible ( replaced the fan )
