Master volume in menu doesnt move?

I'm not in front of unit, but master volume on a patch would change numerical value but the virtual knob didn't, nor did it affect the sound. Any ideas? Forget what amp model it was.

If it isn't a modifier on the master volume, post the preset. I think bakerman is right though.
