Implemented Make Axe-Manage Warnings a User Option - Float Axe Manage Window - Close Axe-Manage when closing Axe Edit

Please put a "do not show these notices again" option on the 2 notices that come up concerning Axe Manage - one that says change will be lost and another that reminds us that Axe-Manage is robust but we should be careful. It would also be nice not to get a message that you have to close Axe Manage first when you try to shut down Axe Edit ... just automatically close Axe-Manage for us ( or make it an user-selected option). When you are doing a lot of exploring of new presets, these warnings and extra operations become annoying especially since you have to store a preset in order to view it and close down Axe-Manage. Making the Axe-Manage window float so that auditioned presets could be inspected would also be a real plus. Thanks

The Manage Presets/Cabs warnings can be turned off from the Preferences dialog under the Options section.
