This was born out of a discussion with @Bodde on a thread about getting more Bass Balls like envelope filter sounds out of the Axe-Fx. One of the things that makes the envelope hard to use, for bass guitar players trying to dial in that really funky duck stuff, is the low end content of the bass is going to overwhelm the envelope and open it up too readily.
Analog envelope filters intended for bass guitar use generally incorporate a pretty hefty dose of low end removal on the envelope detector to combat this.
It'd be super awesome if the envelope controller on the III include a low frequency cut parameter that let you dial our some amount of low frequency from the signal triggering the envelope.
