Looking for a simple Windows metronome with Tap Tempo function

I've been using NCH TempoPerfect for a while, but I miss the function of setting the Tempo with a couple of mouse clicks.
What is available there?
A google search brings a lot of BS

For the smartphone I use Keuwlsoft. A similar version for Windows would be great

Its not tap tempo but I use cakewalk when I need a click, adjusting the tempo is easy as entering three numbers, you can either use the basic metronome, session drummer or create one, I guess you could just record anything you want with midi too, btw cakewalk is free now too...

I like Metronome Beats on my phone and found BlueStacks app emulator to run it on my laptop.

One of the coolest and most sophisticated metronomes I've ever come across is Bounce Metronome ... I wouldn't call it a simple to use metronome but it does have some amazing capabilities ... fun to watch some of the polyrhythms in the 3D bounce options ...
