FM9 Lofi jazz with FM9

Gorgeous. Love the whole vibe, and the guitar tone is delicious!
Curious as to how you recorded this. There's a lot of ambient sounds (piano pedal, seats creaking) but the "natural" compression of the whole recording is very cool.

Edit: I just realized the piano is an upright recorded with mic(s). Awesome!
 
By the way, never even thought of using the Band Commander amp. I'd love to see your preset. I have an Ibanez jazz box too and the tone you got out of it is lovely.
 
Has anyone invented a pedal that replicates the pops and white noise of an old record? It would be cool to use that effect for those guitar parts.

I'm with my fm3 at the moment put I can post the preset when I pack it up again! There's nothing special going on though, except for the fact that the acoustic sound of the guitar is leaking into the piano mics which gives it a deep treble (in lack of a better term :)
I used the FF comp I think
