Seems like you may be overthinking this a bit? There are lots and lots of people just getting there guitar fed back through the in ear monitor system without special EQ.
However, if you really want to do this, you should be able to create duplicate channels of your guitar input on the mixer. Send one of them to front of house, EQ'd however they feel necessary. Send the copies only to the in-ear mix output, EQ'd how you feel necessary.
