Seems hard to imagine, Jeff emails me within an hour or 2 and called exactly (and I mean exactly) the time he told me he was going to call.

If your liquid-foot is down I am sure getting you going is on the top of his priorities.

His LF works with the adapter but not with the MIDI cable.

Jeff gave it a complete once over - he feels a "power pin came loose" in shipping.

Here is what I did to your unit:

1. Opened unit and remade the entire button board
2. replaced Main circuit Board (wasn't necessary- but good practice)
3. placed firmware v1.10c into memory
4. copied over your old memory to new board (everything should be the same as you programmed the original unit)
5. Dropped, tested, Dropped, Tested, Dropped, Tested
6. final QA on all buttons. Phantom power check.
