Let's see those FM9 rigs!

This is all a bit modular in the thought process-

For the most part, the FM9 will be used by itself with the Power Station and 4x12 (or whatever cab I need). If the fancy strikes me, I can just as easily use it 4CM with the Plexi50 head, but chances are I'll use the Plexi50 with the actual pedals pedalboard on the left (which will be getting a VP4 later this week, that's still a WIP, it won't have 2 Fuzz Faces)

I just got the Power Station last weekend and it's completely rekindled my love for my Fractal gear. The FM9 was just sitting in the roadcase since I quit my last band and I've only been recording with my AxeFX. Hearing these models through a wonderful tube poweramp is the bees frickin knees and being able to utilize any of my gear no matter what situation I'm in is a really, really comfy feeling.

I too, like to wrap things on my board in neon glow tape. Not because it's great. But only because I can. :D

I just want to come back to this and say the ISP stealth amps are really under-utilized by the community. They run class H according to their site and user manual, and I’ve found them to be the best for modelers and capture devices when using a traditional speaker cab. I picked up the ISP Stealth UltraLite recently and it just sounds better than all the other SS power amps, and I’ve tried a bunch of them.

If we're talking about the same amplifier, the manufacturer specifies a Class A/B rating.

2 x 80W into 4 ohms and 180W into 8 ohms in bridged mode.

Thank you, very interesting. Is the documentation downloadable somewhere? I couldn't find anything on the manufacturer's website.
I could swear I saw it on their website, but maybe it was just the manual. I did read the manual before I bought it and found the “class H” verbiage interesting enough for a $300 purchase. I’m glad I did, it sounds awesome. I did wind up going for the smaller unit for the size difference and the EQ controls.

Here’s a copy of the manual for the pro:

Thanks for the link, I believe Crown also offers a range of Class H amplifiers

added to the list of neutral power amplifiers :
