Let's see those FM9 rigs!

Here are some build photos and the design specs for anyone who may be interested in a similar build...

This looks amazing and almost exactly what I need:

My setup is just the FM9 and two EV2s. I don't understand the aluminum flat bar setup. Can you explain that further?

Sure thing. The aluminum flat bars are risers for the FM9. They make up the difference between the bottom of the physical unit and the feet that are built into the end caps.

I didn’t want to remove the end caps for two reasons; 1. side impact protection and 2. Fractal strongly advises not blocking the vent. So, not being able to mount the FM9 directly to the board, I needed a riser solution.

You are correct regarding the FM9 functionality, but I only have one expression pedal on the board. That expression is connected to PDL 1 on the FM9 via one TRS cable. The TT-2 switch is connected to both PDL 2 and PDL 3 on the FM9 with two regular TS cables.
I think @Tremonti was referencing a different post, though the timing was unfortunate.
I am also curious to see @Jazzmaster1414 's reply to see if there's some kind of expression over MIDI business going on somwhere.

Nothing too fancy, two FC pedals and a MIDI out to my synthesizer so that switching scenes can switch patches on it.
Output direct to the PA and a Laney FR-212 which you can see glowing in the background here:

How did you fix the FM9 in this case?

I spent quite a bit of time researching and designing a board for my FM9, and I thought I would share the result in case it helps someone else as this forum assisted me 👍

The Board itself is a RockBoard TRES 3.3. Along with the FM9, the top includes a Shure GLXD16+ Wireless, a Fractal EV-2 Expression Pedal and a Mission Engineering TT-2 Switch. Mounting is done with 3M Dual Lock and 1" x 1/4" aluminum flat bars were used as risers to secure the FM9.

Underneath is a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2 Plus, Mesa/Boogie Midi Matrix and RockBoard MOD 2 Patch Bay that consolidates the three unique midi functions I need to control four different Boogie amps; along with cable routing for 4-Cable Method. The Pedal Power and Midi Matrix are also mounted with 3M Dual Lock. 1" x 1" Panduit Slotted Wire Duct was used for routing and protection of cables.
I saved each of your pics to a folder on my PC for future reference, as I might copy you in some way with my FM9. You and I have similar design aesthetics, as I did something similar a couple of years ago with my old HX Effects board:

Seriously, nice job, I love how clean you made it. A little wide for my taste, but you absolutely nailed the form and function.

So I have a friend who made me a board for my FM3. I upgraded to a FM9 about a year ago and thankfully he made a bigger board for me!
I didn’t have the confidence to drill my EV2, and didn’t like the feel/size of the Mission SP1 so I got a Hotone Press so I can switch the wah on and off. Works great.
Have a splitter underneath for my Parker Fly so I can run a piezo and electric signal separately. Plus, there’s a little room above the FM9 if I decide to grab another pedal or two (probably won’t, but…)
