Left Output 1 barely audible

on both the xlr and 1/4 inch outputs the left output for output 1 you car barely hear even when the output is cranked. Output 2 left works fine. Just output 1 left side has the problem. Has anyone seen this before of is this going to have to go back to Cliff?

Can you send me the info I need to get this underway and what is the normal turnaround. I use the unit ever Sunday in church. Gonna be tough without it!!! Thanks for the prompt response.
