LCD Screen Issue with FX8

I just received my FX8 last night. Im not sure if this is a firmware issue or not. Hopefully its a quick fix to where i don't have to send it back

After about 3-5 minutes of playing the LCD screen will either black out somewhat or sometimes the text shows up in reverse or upside down. I then have to restart the unit. Sometimes when i restart it doesn't start up correctly and the screen and led lights just stay lit and no text loads up to the screen.

I submitted a support ticket. just waiting for an answer. I have a gig coming up soon and thought id come to the forum for a possible answer.

Anyone have this issue at all?

The display is defective and will need to be replaced. Either that or the cable to it is wonky.

I have a gig coming up soon. Can I send it in asap tomorrow? Or can you possibly crossship for me so that i can get the repair or replacement asap?
