Latency issue?

Do I have a latency issue? I can hear a very, very small but audible delay when playing Axe Fx II XL in my home studio set up.

My set up consists of:

MacBook Pro early 2011 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 16GB Ram OSx 10.11.6
DAW Cubase Artist 8.5
Apogee Symphony 2x6
Genelec 8240a monitors

My issue is when I play a track that I have recorded and I "jam" to it I can hear the delay. I have no idea why this is happening. As far as I know I have not changed anything in my set-up that would cause this. I've not made any recent software updates or changes to my hardware and all worked fine yesterday.

Are you running analog or SPDIF or USB audio into your Apogee from the AFXII? If digital, check your sample rate in your DAW that it didn't change from 48 to 44.1
 
I'm running SPDIF and just checked sample rate is still at 48. As far as I know I've not changed any of my settings from yesterday - I'm confused that something has changed.
