Input 1 Clipping but Input 2 isn't since 4.01?

I have firmware 4.01 installed and it seems like input 1 is now clipping with everything at 50%...?! I've never noticed it clipping before?? Input 2 seems unaffected?

That won't affect the gain? As in, I want the amps to see exactly as if they would as the guitar was going straight into their real life counterparts.

I see this come up regularly. I have had my input sensitivity set at around 10% for quite a long time, but there seems to be a lot of people running it much higher. Remember that the sensitivity level is designed to accommodate even VERY weak pickups and sources, so a good guitar pickup should push it pretty well.
