Independent volumes for in ear monitor

Sure.
the problem is that the headphones and output 1 share the same volume control.

Why does that matter if you are only running guitar into your IEM? Can't you just adjust the volume of the In Ear receiver?

I haven't got transmiter on my in ears. I haven't got Volume control

Basically route a mix through my FM3/FM9 and use out1 for my personal mix (use the headphone out) and out2 goes to the board.
In the FM, I mix the guitar signal with the monitor mix, so I can easily adjust my local balance without affecting what I send to the PA.

The cable isn't the cheapest, but for sure cheaper than a full fledged wireless system, also doesn't have the setup/configuration issues and fits in the gig bag

So cool, thanks, i didn't know these are on the market. I made them myself several times with bundling two cables with tiewraps but that is not ideal!
