My first response to this got eaten by the forum monster and instead of typing that all out again, I'm just going to say it's amazing. They really captured the feel of a busy city. I love how each instrument is doing it's own thing, but it's working together like a massive complex machine... like people bussling around a city.

So I googled this guy and apparently this is very much his side project. His main band is a Kazakh Russian pop band called "A-Studio" (see A-Studio - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). The band is utter and complete shit, but probably brings in the dough to support the side project.
