Controller is a DualShock 3 from a PS3, as you might realize. Bluetooth connection to PC, joystick-to-MIDI script running in Reaper, MIDI out to Ultra. All the control was done with one analog stick, X and Y set for 2 Ext Ctrl CC#s.

It's difficult to tell how it mounts to a guitar. According the website: Installation takes 30 seconds on electric and acoustic guitars. No screws, no holes, no straps.
