I could never get 2 amps to work simultaneously, No Solutions...

I desperately want the ability to use 2 amps at the same time. Everytime I have tried the amp in the higher row becomes barely audible, plus it sounds like it's been mashed to bits. The routing setup should be simple, 1 line for the first few shunts then I split that one row into 2 via the row below resulting in 2 parallel rows going straight out all the way to the end. The bottom amp and cab are clearly audible and sound great, however the amp and cab on the top (actually 2nd) row never works correctly. I have to turn everything all the way up just to hear a barely audible signal. Is something wrong with my Axe XL+?

I've posted previously on this issue and asked how the split signals get summed together, still no success so can someone please provide some solutions?
I always used 2 amps and cabs in my vettas with no issues (15 years ago) and found it really beneficial. I just wish I could do it in the axe.
Thanks.

I use 2 amps on many presets and have not had any trouble mixing the balance of the 2. have you looked in the output mixer to see that nothing has been turned down? are you using a cab block? if so how are they set? are there other things in the chain, or are you having this trouble with just amp and cab?

Figured it out that it was coming from the cab block since I was getting volume with just the amp in row 1. So I fiddled around with all the cab parameters and the preamp 'Drive' and 'Saturation' were pegged. I turned those suckers down and wala, got the volume back! Once again, whole new ballgame.
Thanks guys!
