How to post soundclips?

New user since 27/02/12. Despite the fact I hadn't actually played the guitar since July last year until very recently, I was wanting to post some soundclips, guys. You seem to be using SoundCloud. Is this free?
Also, how do you physically post the files? Is there a bit in the forum where this is all covered you can direct me to? I'm pretty clueless regarding all this!

yeah, sign up to soundcloud

when your tune is uploaded, copy the link and then enclose it between soundcloud tags like this - [ soundcloud]link[/soundcloud ] - without the spaces
